First of all you need to make sure that your things contained in the package are secure. There are certain situations varying upon the things that you possess. Then comes the labeling part where sender’s and receiver’s information is mentioned, it can also contain details of handling, incase of fragile items, it is mentioned that handle with care. 

Product packaging may vary from product to product. Few of the common types of packagings are discussed below:

  1. Solid board cartons are generally colorful boxes with details such as images, texts, different designs, names and etc. Custom packaging is often expensive.
  2. Then comes corrugated boxes which are used for the purpose of transportation or shifting, they are plain and simple boxes mostly your name is printed on top of the box with additional information such as “fragile, handle with care”.
  3. Third, we will be discussing the most common type of packaging which is bubble wrapping, it is widely used for safety purposes because the little bubbles all over the wrap can protect your fragile items from falling and breaking. When hitting the hard surface, the bubbles might pop but your package will always stay safe.
  4. Container packaging is the type of packaging which is widely used for storing food. It is made commonly for the food industry, who sells items such as ice cream, butter, yogurt and etc.

Our refund policy is only valid only for 3 working days after a customer receives their order, even if the product is faulty and you report then such requests will not be entertained. The amount paid for order will not be refunded. However, we will reprint in case the product is found faulty.

There is no such long process to get through. All you have to do is take pictures of the defective product, return the total amount of order back to us within seven working days from receiving the order. However, the fees submitted for fast processing will not be refundable.

All of the prices mentioned for services are in US dollars and only US dollars will be applicable for payment through credit card or any other approved payment method.

As soon as you will make the final payment including all fees and taxes, your order will start processing.

Before printing, the client has to approve the final version of the product requested. Once the approval is granted from clients then the print jobs are started. This is the general process followed by our firm and no changes are applicable once the permission is granted.

You can only cancel orders within 4 hours of receiving receipt. The applicable cancellation fee will be $ 25, 5% of the total order amount. You can also cancel the orders after 24-hours but it will cost you 50% of the total amount of the order, However it is not guaranteed that your order might be canceled after 24 hours.  

The payment made for design service is not refundable.

It is clarified that sales tax is only applicable to Texas and if you are living in Texas and you are tax exempt then you have to show us your tax exemption certificate at the time of order.

Our tech team works on submitted files by customers. The submitted file must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). In case the file is not of the right size mentioned then the company will not be responsible for the final product. Furthermore, it is the client’s responsibility to page orientation, print-ready files and graphics.

Once the customer uploads their artwork then it is considered that they are the legal holder of that particular artwork or they have been given the rights to use that artwork. However, if the artwork is found to be copied from a third party then firms reserve the rights to reject it.

First of all, our special team keeps an eye on the final product and they are responsible for quantity. Generally, a bit more quantity than the original is delivered with order with no additional charges. So, there are lesser chances in order to be short.
