Before printing, the client has to approve the final version of the product requested. Once the approval is granted from clients then the print jobs are started. This is the general process followed by our firm and no changes are applicable once the permission is granted.
You can only cancel orders within 4 hours of receiving receipt. The applicable cancellation fee will be $ 25, 5% of the total order amount. You can also cancel the orders after 24-hours but it will cost you 50% of the total amount of the order, However it is not guaranteed that your order might be canceled after 24 hours.

Our tech team works on submitted files by customers. The submitted file must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). In case the file is not of the right size mentioned then the company will not be responsible for the final product. Once the customer uploads their artwork then it is considered that they are the legal holder of that particular artwork or they have been given the rights to use that artwork. However, if the artwork is found to be copied from a third party then firms reserve the rights to reject it.
