3. What are the regulations for cancelling any order?
You have a limited time of 4 hours after the receipt has been approved to cancel your order. Cancellation will incur a $ 25 fee, 5% of the total order amount, before the order is cancelled. You can also cancel orders beyond the 24-hour limit. Such cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount to cover the work performed in our prepress department and the financial costs associated with the cancellation.
