Return and Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the print products and other services we offer, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order at PackagingHouseUS.com whether you discover that the product you have received is faulty or not. According to the specifications of your order. We cannot issue a refund or credit to you. However, we will reprint your original order if we make a mistake or discover that it is faulty. The determination of the error is at the discretion of our management. To receive a reprint of your original order, you must submit digital photos documenting the defect in the product or, at your own expense, return the full amount of the original order to us within 7 working days of receiving the original order. Expedited order processing fees are not refundable.
Payment, order and cancellation
All pricing information on our website is displayed in US dollars (USD). Payment for orders is in US dollars. Due to the personalized nature of the print products and other services we offer, we will only process your orders for print jobs or other services once full payment, including all fees and taxes, has been made. , Shipping. paid by credit card or by the user of our website using an approved payment method. As part of the ordering process, we ask users and customers of our website to approve the evidence (either an electronic file or a printed version) of the printed products or other services they have requested. After customers approve proofs, print jobs are sent to the printer. Once a print job has been approved by the customer and submitted to the press or via our website, no changes to art files, job specifications, or print times are allowed. You have a limited time of 4 hours after the receipt has been approved to cancel your order. This cancellation will incur a $ 25 fee, 5% of the total order amount, before the order is canceled. You can also cancel orders beyond the 24-hour limit. Such cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount of the order to cover the work performed in our prepress department and the financial costs associated with the cancellation. We do not guarantee that your order will be canceled beyond the 24 hour limit.
PackagingHouseUS.com does not provide refunds or credits for design service orders. All design orders once placed are final and non-refundable.
Sales tax policy
We charge sales tax on orders in the state of Texas. If you are tax exempt please present your tax exemption certificate at the time of order.
Customers sent graphics / files
Our designers and technicians create electronic or paper proofs from artwork / files submitted by users or clients of the website. We require that your submitted graphics / files have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) in the final size and in CMYK format. If your files are not sent at 300 dpi for final size and not in CMYK format, we will not be responsible for printing them as blurry, distorted or pixelated and for changing the color changes when converted to CMYK.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your graphics / print-ready files, including issues with page orientation or the orientation of the documents you submit. While we take all precautions against the loss of your submitted artwork / files, we are not responsible for any damage or loss to your artwork / files.
By uploading graphics / files to our website, you agree that you are the legal owner of any material that you upload or that you have already been given appropriate rights to use such material.
We have the right to refuse an order that, in our opinion, is illegal or infringes the rights of third parties. You assume full legal responsibility for the content of the material that is processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving a reason. Please note that we will not accept material that is offensive, indecent, or unsuitable for printing.
Proofs and Color Accuracy
We encourage users and customers of our website to provide evidence (either an electronic file or a printed version) of the printed products or other services they have requested. No work will be passed on to the press without the approval of your evidence. Therefore, it is your responsibility to log into your account and review your evidence. We are not responsible for delays in the order caused by non-approval of receipt by the customer. Please understand the response times given on our website. We start after your test approval.
Review your evidence carefully before approving it. You should compare it to the original file to identify possible design errors, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement and proportion, trimming, cutting and final text errors. Electronic proofs show no transparency, printing problems, or color changes from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Note that applying a UV coating or a laminate can affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We are not responsible for the final appearance of a laminated product.
The customer is fully responsible for everything included in the approved final proof
We will reproduce the color of the print-ready files submitted as closely as possible, but we are unable to accurately match the color and density. Due to the limitations associated with the printing process and the ink requirements of neighboring images, the accuracy of the color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. With your order you agree to this restriction. We will do our best to adjust the gradient density of each color, but we are not responsible for any discrepancies in color between files submitted and the final printed part or artwork or actual product they represent. Under no circumstances will reprint be accepted for color deviations that occur during the printing process. We are not responsible for the color match or ink density on screen checks you take. We guarantee accuracy and color matching when you request a printed proof from us. Remember, the hard copy will cost you a little more.
We usually deliver the exact quantity of the products ordered plus a small additional quantity. There is no additional charge for the additional amount. In the event of non-compliance, we will invoice the amount actually delivered. We follow generally accepted business practice of delivering plus or minus 5% of the requested quantity.
Speed of production, shipping and delivery of orders
Production speed and print time begin after our prepress department has uploaded, reviewed and accepted your artwork / files, approved the print-ready proof (on electronic files or on paper) and full payment including applicable taxes, shipping and processing costs. During the ordering process on our website, you can choose the production speed, which indicates the number of working days it will take to print your order and prepare for delivery to the shipping company. Your test approval must be received by 10:00 AM. M., Central Standard Time (CT).
We strive to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible. In no case is PackagingHouseUS.com liable for consequences or damage resulting from delays in shipping or delivery. You agree that you will not hold PackagingHouseUS.com responsible for any delays in shipments caused by bad weather, delays with shipping companies, customs issues, or any other circumstance beyond our control. In the event of a delay due to technical problems or equipment failure during the printing process, the expedited fee will be refunded. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in printing.
You agree to pay all duties and fees for products shipped to your respective locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange customs clearance for shipments outside the United States.
PackagingHouseUS.com offers a standard 10-12 business day schedule for shipping products and an expedited plan for 6-8 business days (with ground shipping for 2-3 business days) to any ORDER LOCATION in the US. United. Unlimited quantity or weight. Shipments to other destinations will be charged extra. We do not guarantee shipping and delivery times and are not responsible for any delays, loss, damage or theft of printed products during shipping and delivery. PackagingHouseUS.com is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be made after 6 working days from the date the package was dispatched. In order to reduce costs for customers, we not only print in our own printing press in the USA, but also use our own printing plants overseas in Asia and Africa.
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or make a mistake in submitting the full delivery address, we will charge you additional shipping and handling fees for the return.
